Wellspect is part of Dentsply Sirona and we have our office in Mölndal. Here, a tight-knit group works in the kitchen, providing the business with food, coffee breaks, and service. We value order, good atmosphere, and teamwork. Here, you will become an important part of a team of twelve people who together ensure everything runs smoothly.

You arrive at half past six when the premises are quiet. First, you start the dishwashers and collect dirty dishes from the cafeteria and conference rooms. During the morning, you switch between running the dishwasher, collecting clean crockery to where it belongs, and refilling milk, bread, and napkins. You help with salad preparation and set up the salad bar before lunch. After the lunch rush, you handle the dishes again, manage waste disposal, and ensure the refrigerators are clean. You leave at three o'clock – the same time every day.

The premises are large, so you move around a lot during the day. It is an active job where you notice time passing quickly.

• Manage fine and rough dishwashing and keep the dishwashers running

• Collect dirty dishes from the cafeteria, conference rooms, and common areas

• Distribute and refill clean dishes in different parts of the building

• Prepare salad and manage the salad bar

• Assist in the kitchen with preparations where needed

• Refill milk, bread, napkins, and other items

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness – clean refrigerators, fans, and manage waste disposal

You need:

• Communicate fluently in Swedish or English

• Enjoy physical work and moving around in large premises

• Have an attitude of jumping in where needed – without thinking "this is not my job"

It is a plus if you:

• Have experience from large kitchens, restaurants, or similar

• Enjoy variety and switching between different tasks

• Fixed schedule, weekdays 06:30–15:00 – you always know when you work

• Off on all weekends and public holidays

• Staff meals
