As a Barista at Espresso House, Sweden's leading café chain, you will be part of a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike. Naturally, you will become part of a fantastic team where we have fun behind the bar. Your primary task is to offer our guests a coffee experience that exceeds their expectations!

The Barista role requires no prior experience; we train our new employees to become Baristas! To start working as a Barista, you must be of legal age. If you are under 18, you can instead apply for the Host position; keep an eye on the website for new job postings. It is an advantage if you have previously worked as a café assistant, retail assistant, or in service.

In this role, you will make great drinks, prepare, and serve snacks. You ensure the shop is welcoming, clean, and tidy, just as you would like it to be. And you, together with your colleagues, ensure that you have a great time behind the bar!
