Capio Health Center Dragonen is a centrally located health center with 21,000 registered patients and approximately 70 employees. Our vision is to improve people's health every day. Capio offers a broad and high-quality range of care services through our hospitals, specialist clinics, and health centers in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. In Sweden, we are located from Umeå in the north to Ystad in the south. Our patients can also receive help through our digital services, digitally when possible and physically when needed.
Your RoleYour role involves, among other things, blood sampling, suturing, audiograms, spirometry, ECG, and assisting during examinations. The work is largely independent and involves making your own assessments and decisions.

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with professional certification and an interest in primary care. You are confident both as a person and in your profession, and you have a patient-focused approach to work. Having worked at a health center previously is an advantage. You are meticulous in your work, have the ability to be flexible, and can adapt your pace and working methods to what each situation requires. We value team spirit and the ability to take initiative. As a person, you are clear and trustworthy, and you have a good ability to structure and prioritize. You are engaged and careful to always maintain high quality in your work.
