About the role

As a Customer Manager, you will work with the overall management of our customers' personal assistance. With knowledge and personal commitment, you contribute to creating security and quality in your assignments. Our Customer Managers are an important part of ensuring that our assistants feel joy and pride in their daily work. The work also includes recruitment within the own assignments, as well as supervision in both difficult and simple questions. You collaborate daily with customers, colleagues, supervisors, and relatives. You handle contact with authorities. The work as a Customer Manager is very varied, and you always handle your assignments with professionalism, warmth, care, and respect.

You are the face of the company, and after a while with us, you are one of those who know personal assistance inside out. You represent FMF and our values honestly, competently, warmly, and personally.

Your role and experience

Our Customer Managers have an academic degree or experience equivalent to such. They are passionate about leading, organizing, and developing. Our Customer Managers are a very important part of our operations and its development. They are people who dare to make their own decisions, who want to learn new things, and are not afraid to ask for help when needed. The entire company has a clear customer focus as well as a large dose of social competence and a service-oriented mindset.

In contact with assistants, customers, relatives, and authorities, our Customer Managers are proud representatives of FMF Assistans.

The position is full-time and is primarily based on office hours, but also involves some travel and late evenings. Overnight stays in other locations occur – you need to have a driver's license. Company car is available.
