Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you with a big heart and a desire to make a real difference in children's lives. We see that you find it easy to collaborate with others and have the ability to be flexible and attentive to adapt to the children's needs.

Qualifications:

• We prefer that you have education or ongoing education as a preschool teacher.
• It is highly meritorious if you have previous experience working in a preschool.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.
• You have good knowledge of the curriculum's content and feel that you can contribute to operational development together with colleagues in collegial learning.
• You have good knowledge of Office365.

Norlandia Preschools Pepparn – a safe and inspiring preschool in Sörbyängen, Örebro

Norlandia Preschools Pepparn is a small and family-oriented preschool with approximately 50 preschool places, located in the attractive area of Sörbyängen in Örebro. The preschool has two departments and offers a safe, developmental, and inspiring learning environment where children's curiosity, play, and learning are at the center.

The preschool is located in a quiet, child-friendly area with proximity to green areas, playgrounds, and nature, which provides good opportunities for exploration and outdoor learning. We have a yard where children get the opportunity to move, play, and develop every day.

Sörbyängen offers good communication opportunities with proximity to bus connections and cycle paths, making it easy to get to and from work.

We apply individual salary setting and have collective agreements. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the last application date. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
