Are you driven, solution-focused, and do you keep the service user in focus? Do you want to join a newly established operation? If you want to make a difference in people's lives, then you are the one we are looking for!
About the position
In the autumn of 2026, Hagabergsslingan 2A will open. This is a newly built group home located in the growing villa area of Marieberg. The residence will consist of six apartments for adult service users aged 20–40. Move-in will take place gradually in different phases to create the best possible conditions for both service users and staff.
We are now looking for an engaged and driven support pedagogue who wants to be involved from the start and contribute to building a secure, high-quality, and developmental operation. Starting a completely new operation involves both opportunities and responsibility. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is proactive, responsible, and action-oriented. You thrive on challenges, have a solution-focused approach to work, and are happy to contribute that little extra to create a high-quality operation.
About the role of support pedagogue
As a support pedagogue, you have a central and guiding role in the operation. You are responsible for supporting and developing the work group's activities by planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating methods and working approaches. You act as a pedagogical support for colleagues and guide them, among other things, in documentation, drawing up, and following up on implementation plans.
In this role, you also work closely with service users and contribute to their participation, independence, and quality of life. The tasks include care measures and tasks based on self-care and delegation, such as medical, rehabilitative, and habilitative measures, as well as medication management.
Here, you will have the opportunity to help shape a new operation from the ground up and make a real difference in people's daily lives.
Examples of tasks:
- Guide colleagues in various methods and working approaches
- Lead smaller training initiatives at APT or similar forums
- Plan, implement, evaluate, and analyze working methods and approaches in the work group
- Support and coordinate colleagues to become independent in drawing up and following up on implementation plans
- Use and guide colleagues in documentation
- Support users in daily activities and perform care measures with some medical delegation
- Introduce new employees and supervise students
- Coordinate collaboration with relatives and interdisciplinary teams
