MCT Brattberg is in an exciting phase where we are bringing the development and management of our website, MCT Brattberg Academy, and RGPlan back in-house from an external partner. This means you will have the opportunity to truly influence the technology, working methods, and future digital development.

About the role

As a Fullstack Developer at MCT Brattberg, you will become an important part of our internal communications and media team. The role reports to the Head of Communications and Media, and you will work closely with marketing, communications, product owners, and other parts of the organization.

You will be responsible for the further development, maintenance, and technical management of our digital platforms, with a special focus on user experience, performance, scalability, and long-term quality.

Your main responsibilities

You will be responsible for, among other things:

• Developing and maintaining MCT Brattberg's website, Academy, RGPlan, and upcoming applications
• Working with frontend development in Vue and Angular
• Developing backend solutions in C#
• Contributing to building internal processes for development, testing, and launch
• Ensuring stable operations, good code quality, and high security
• Collaborating closely with the communications and media team on digital solutions
• Being involved in technical decisions and future platform development

We are looking for someone who

We would like you to have experience with:

• Fullstack development
• Vue
• Angular
• C#
• API integrations
• Web platforms, CMS, or similar systems
• Version control, such as Git
• Databases and basic system architecture

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Azure or other cloud platforms
• DevOps, CI/CD, and automated deployment flows
• UX/UI and accessibility adaptation
• LMS/platforms for digital education
• Technical planning tools or configurators

As a person, you are

• Curious and technically engaged
• Communicative and team-oriented
• Accustomed to taking responsibility from idea to finished solution
• Comfortable working in an environment where much is built from scratch
