We are looking for substitute staff who want to become part of our driven and engaged teams within care and support services.
As a substitute staff member with us, you have the option to work according to a schedule. You can also choose to work on an hourly basis, meaning you step in as needed. Our employees distribute their vacation across all three summer months, which means there are opportunities to work during June, July, and August.
Within elderly care, you can choose to work in specialized housing or home care services.
Within LSS (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons), there are several target groups and workplaces throughout the municipality. Here, you have the opportunity to work as an hourly substitute in areas such as group homes, service apartments, supported housing, day activities, short-term stays/supervision, or social psychiatry. The municipality also has assignments within personal assistance.

As a person, you are responsible, team-oriented, and have good communication skills. You need to master the Swedish language to a level that allows you to communicate with users, relatives, and colleagues in both speech and writing.
It is meritorious if you are trained as an assistant nurse, support assistant, or have other equivalent education, as well as if you have previous experience working in care and support.
To work within elderly care and LSS, you must pass the medication test, both written and oral, as well as the practical part for medication delegation in Tomelilla Municipality.
