We're now looking for an Experienced ERP Application Specialist - Supply Chain to strengthen our ERP & PLM applications team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and evolving our global ERP platform, where Microsoft Dynamics 365 and IFS are central components in our long-term digital transformation. This is an opportunity to work with business-critical solutions at scale and contribute to shaping how our global supply chain will operate in the future.

The position is based at our HQ in Lund or at our office in Linköping.

Who is your future team?
You will join our ERP & PLM team - the group responsible for some of Axis' most business-critical applications. We support a global organization and drive the full application lifecycle, from daily support to long-term development and upgrades. Our team, based in Lund and Linköping, works closely with colleagues across the world to improve and further develop our ERP platform. We are continuously evolving our ERP landscape to support a fast-growing, global business, with an increasing focus on scalability, integration and modern platform capabilities.

What will you do here as ERP Application Specialist - Supply Chain?
You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects and developers to drive improvements, shape solution design and ensure that our systems support both current and future business needs.

Our ERP platform is a global solution which supports many of our core functions within Axis, such as manufacturing, warehousing, order fulfillment, purchasing and finance.
Your responsibilities will for example include:

• Drive requirements analysis and translate business needs into scalable system solutions
• Contribute to solution design, architecture decisions and configure ERP solution with a focus on supply chain processes
• Play an active role in ERP-related transformation and implementation initiatives
• Lead dialogue with stakeholders across functions and regions
• Ensure end-to-end process consistency across the ERP landscape
• Support and continuously improve our ERP platform

Who are we looking for/who are you?

We are looking for a collaborative and proactive professional with the ability to navigate complex environments and build strong relationships across the organization.

You have several years of experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, IFS or similar platforms and are comfortable taking a leading role in discussions around processes, solutions and priorities.

We'd love to hear that you have/are:

• Extensive experience from business-facing roles, either as a consultant or internally in a larger organization, with a proven ability to build trust and influence stakeholders
• Experience contributing to or leading larger transformation initiatives
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
• Experience with frameworks such as the SCOR model or Microsoft Dynamics 365 supply chain processes
