About the role

In this role, you will hold a central position where you work closely with the business operations and contribute to improving monitoring, analysis, and data-driven decision-making. You will play a key role in developing working methods, reporting, and digital solutions within finance.

Responsibilities

• Drive OPEX monitoring (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and contribute to standardized working methods within the organization
• Support monthly closing and forecasting processes
• Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, and analyses
• Structure, ensure quality, and improve data governance
• Contribute to initiatives within digitalization and automation of reporting
• Explore and develop Power BI reports and analytical tools

We are looking for someone who

• Has a degree in finance, economics, business administration, data analysis, or similar
• Has 1–3 years of experience in controlling, finance, or business analysis
• Has a strong interest in data, analysis, and business management
• Has a good understanding of basic financial concepts (P&L, costs, budgeting)

Competencies & Skills

• Very good skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with or interest in Power BI, data visualization, and automation
• Curiosity about AI and digital solutions in finance (meritorious)
• Strong analytical ability and high attention to detail
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Good teamwork skills and thrives in cross-functional environments
