Do you want to make a difference in people's daily lives? We are now looking for an engaged and reliable employee for our day activity program (daglig verksamhet).

As an employee here, you will provide support to individuals in the day activity program based on their individual needs, goals, and prerequisites. The work involves both group work and independent tasks, and you need to be flexible as you may need to replace staff in other operations when necessary.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include providing individually adapted support in activities based on decisions and implementation plans. You will work with pedagogical and structuring methods, including AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) and clarifying pedagogy, and support participants in developing and maintaining their skills.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have a good and respectful approach, are solution-focused, and take initiative. It is important that routines are followed and the work is structured. Solo work may occur.

Qualifications

Healthcare and social care program (Vård- och omsorgsprogrammet) or other equivalent education. You should have experience working with clarifying pedagogy/pedagogical approach/AAC and low-affective handling. You have good computer skills and experience with documentation. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing. As a person, you are professional, positive, sensitive to the client's needs, and take initiative for operational development. The job places high demands on independence, flexibility, and a good approach.

Personal qualities are crucial for the position.

A valid Category B driver's license is a requirement.

Conditions

Interviews are conducted continuously. Interviews may also take place after the summer vacation period. Probationary employment applies.
