We are looking for a part-time preschool teacher (75%) for the educational activities in Sorsele, currently based at Trollskogen Preschool in Blattnicksele.

Responsibilities:

Together with your colleagues in the work team, you are responsible for the pedagogical activities based on the curriculum's mission. The work includes planning, implementation, documentation, and follow-up, as well as evaluation of the activities according to decided goals.

Your qualities:

Calm, receptive, flexible, and good at teamwork. As a person, you are development-oriented and have good communication skills. You are responsible and always keep the child's perspective in focus. You thrive in an environment that places high demands on flexibility, initiative, and social competence. Being a creative employee who can offer children good learning environments and provide good treatment is seen as a matter of course. You are receptive, clear, accommodating, and create good relationships with children, colleagues, and guardians. You contribute ideas and new ways of thinking to drive the activities forward.

Competence/qualifications - requirements:

Licensed preschool teacher. Great importance is attached to personal qualities. Knowledge of TAKK (Supportive Communication), work/studies in Friluftsfrämjandet's "I Ur och Skur" program, and Sami are meritorious.

Duration/working hours:

Employment degree 75% fixed-term employment.

Fixed-term period: 260810-270630.

Salary:

According to agreement. The municipality applies individual salary setting.
