About the role

Perido is currently looking for a Logistics Technician for our client's chassis factory in Borås. The client is a well-known global automotive company. Here, you will become an important part of the work developing and streamlining logistics solutions that contribute to competitive and sustainable production. The work is performed on-site at the client's office.

Your responsibilities

In the role of Logistics Technician, you are responsible for developing and improving material preparation and logistics processes. You serve as a key support to the logistics organization and drive initiatives that strengthen the company's goals within quality, efficiency, and working environment.

Examples of tasks include:

• Responsible for method and process development within the logistics area
• Work with tools, material handling, and ergonomic analyses
• Conduct risk analyses and update layouts to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
• Participate in and contribute to cross-functional projects and investigations
• Identify and implement improvement and rationalization measures to optimize material flows and working methods
• Provide ongoing support to the operations regarding logistics-related issues

Your personality

To succeed in this role, we believe you are an initiative-taking person who gladly takes responsibility and drives your work forward. You have a good structure in your working style and the ability to switch between details and the big picture. Furthermore, you are communicative and team-oriented, with an easy ability to build good relationships and find solutions together with others.

Qualifications:

• Technical education in logistics or equivalent work experience
• Good understanding of logistics processes and material flows
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English

Merits:

• Experience with SAP
• Experience with AutoCAD

Scope and start date

Full-time, consultancy assignment until 2027-02-28. Start date 2026-08-17.
