Job Description

Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for leadership and managing large, complex projects? Are you ready to lead groundbreaking initiatives and drive success for our customers? For this role, we are looking for someone based in the Stockholm area who is willing to travel and can consider consulting assignments that may involve weekly commuting.

As a Senior Project Manager here, you will drive medium to large projects for some of the market's most exciting companies. Additionally, in many cases, you will work with the most modern methods within project management.

In your role, you will help our customers meet the demands placed on their operations. Your assignment may, for example, involve:

• Taking responsibility for product development and leading a group of engineers/sub-project managers from various disciplines – from concept to production, including requirements definition, design, verification/validation, and production.
• Business development: developing a documented development methodology for the customer, which includes identifying needs, securing buy-in for proposals, decision-making regarding system support, etc.

The projects can be carried out at our customers' sites within Greater Stockholm (from Uppsala in the north to Södertälje in the south). Our customers are primarily represented in the Automotive, Defense, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Medical Technology, and Telecommunications industries.

Qualifications

• You have an engineering degree in, for example, mechanical engineering, electronics, or technical physics.
• You have led your own projects for at least 5 years, preferably within Swedish industry and from several different sectors. We would like you to have experience from both production and product development.
• You must have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• We prefer that you are certified according to PMI or IPMA; if not, we will offer you this through us.

To be eligible for this position, only Swedish citizenship is accepted.
