A happy, curious, and imaginative 5-year-old is now looking for his very own person – a secure adult who wants to become an important part of his daily life. We are looking for you who can combine responsibility and care in medical situations with playfulness and creativity. In the role of assistant, it is just as important to handle important routines as it is to build train tracks, laugh, and explore the world together.

Our client needs support in all parts of his daily life. You will naturally receive training and continuous support regarding his needs, which include everything from hygiene and meals to play and communication. The client communicates using an eye-gaze computer, and we are looking for you who are curious, receptive, and willing to get to know him deeply – so that you can understand his expressions and contribute to his development and joy of life.

The Assistant's Role and Experience

We believe you are a calm and secure person with a warm heart. You have the ability to create structure, harmony, and security. Experience within care and support, for example as a nursing assistant or childcare worker, is advantageous – but the most important thing is who you are as a person. The work involves picking up the child from preschool, helping with evening routines, meals, and medication.

The workplace is primarily in the family's home in Rynninge, central Örebro – where our client lives with his parents.

Advantageous Experiences

• Swedish in speech and writing.
• Experience within care and support.
• Experience working with children with disabilities.

Working Hours/Employment Degree

• Hourly employment – Extra help as needed when the regular assistant is on sick leave or vacation.
• Good opportunities for a part-time position.
• Weekdays approx. 15:30–21:00.
• Every other weekend with longer shifts.

About Salary

• We apply salary according to the Fremia Collective Agreement.
