RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of a Leisure Centre Teacher is a central pedagogical function that complements the school through a unique approach to learning. The activity is characterized by situation-based, experiential, and group-oriented learning where care, development, and learning are integrated into a meaningful whole for the students. The Leisure Centre Teacher offers students a meaningful leisure time, recreation, and rest, while stimulating their continued development and learning.
- Plan and lead teaching: Plans, leads, and evaluates varied and meaningful teaching that covers the central content areas: language and communication, creative and aesthetic forms of expression, nature and society, as well as games, physical activities, and outdoor time.
- Promote social development: Actively works to promote good peer relationships, develop students' ability to handle conflicts constructively, and act based on democratic values and processes.
- Create safety and care: Ensures a safe, stimulating, and accessible environment that offers a thoughtful balance between organized activity, free play, and necessary rest for the students' health and well-being.
- Collaborate: Engages in trusting cooperation with guardians as well as colleagues in preschool class and school to create context, continuity, and progression in each student's development and learning.
- Support students: Identifies and supports students who need additional adjustments or special support to participate in the activity and develop as far as possible according to the goals of the education.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a certified Leisure Centre Teacher and who have good didactic/methodological, relational/communicative, and analytical/communicative competence. You should be able, in accordance with the curriculum Lgr22, to stimulate students' development and learning, offer them a meaningful leisure time and recreation, and complement the preschool class and school.
Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Permanent position.
