We are growing and expanding our team with another excavator operator! We are looking for someone who enjoys machine operation but thrives in a role that also includes other tasks. We are a small, family-oriented company where everyone helps out, meaning tasks vary.

The start date for the position is by agreement. Our office is located in Kävlinge, but we perform jobs throughout Skåne. This is a full-time position starting with a probationary period, with working hours on weekdays from 07:00 to 16:00.

Job Description

The tasks vary depending on the season and the customers you work with, giving you the opportunity to develop in several areas. The role mainly involves earthworks and construction work at our customers' sites, but some work in our machine hall also occurs.

Common tasks include:

• Trenching for sewers, drainage, etc.
• Asphalt adjustment
• Landscape maintenance using machinery
• Snow and ice control
• Basic service and maintenance of our vehicle fleet

Requirements for the Position

To apply for this job, we require that you:

• Hold a vocational license for excavators and have experience operating them.
• Hold a Category B driver's license.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

We also consider it an advantage if you:

• Hold an "Work on Road" certificate and a Category BE driver's license.
• Have previous experience working as a construction worker.
• Have previous experience operating implement carriers, garden tractors, or lawn mowers.

We are a small family company with 22 employees. Currently, there are four of us working in earthworks and construction. We work with new battery-powered machines and tools whenever possible to reduce emissions and improve the work environment.
