AFRY Project Management Öresund consists of an engaged and positive team with many exciting assignments. The projects range from renovations and extensions to very large new construction projects, and we have the privilege of working on several prestigious projects. Our clients are found in both the private and public sectors, and our good cooperation within AFRY's other companies and disciplines generates a number of exciting projects. We often work on large societal-critical projects within areas such as Defense, High Security, Health, and Infrastructure facilities. Although the role involves responsibility for your own projects, there is an engaged team to support you.

As an experienced project manager, you drive construction projects through the various stages of the project. You are responsible for planning, ensuring, and monitoring cost, time, and quality. As an experienced design manager, you drive the design process in large construction projects.

PM Öresund covers our offices in Malmö and Helsingborg, and we are looking for you who wish to be based at one of these offices or in Kristianstad in close collaboration.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are experienced and established in design management and/or project management with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience. You have experience from one or more of the areas Defense, High Security, Health, and Infrastructure. You have a university degree, civil engineering education, or equivalent education, or corresponding work experience. You possess extensive knowledge in leading multidisciplinary assignments. Certification as a responsible controller or accessibility expert is meritorious. You have good knowledge of building legislation and contract and consultancy law (AB 04, ABT 06, and ABK 09).

As a person, you are positive and engaged with strong self-leadership. An advanced sustainability mindset. An understanding of the digital business and the connection to BIM is a given for you. You are good at leading a group towards set goals; in your project teams, everyone knows what is expected and has good conditions to prioritize in line with the project's goals. You understand the importance of communication and coordination both within the group and with the customer and other stakeholders.

You are driven and deliver with quality. You have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, in writing and speech, as well as a B-driving license.
