Logistics Worker / Material Handler for our client in Skåne

We are currently looking for logistics workers and material handlers for our client in Skåne, where assignments will primarily take place in Malmö and Lund. The client is responsible for material handling at construction sites, and as a logistics employee, you will be a vital part of their team. You will be employed by us at Isaksson Byggbemanning and then leased to our client. This is a needs-based employment, meaning you should have another primary occupation.

About the role

As a logistics worker, you will handle the transport of materials from the truck to the assembly site at the client's construction sites. You will work in a team, where collaboration and communication skills are crucial for success. Clear logistics guidelines are provided to support your work, and a coordinator will be present on-site during each shift to manage operations and deliveries.

Your profile

Most importantly, we are looking for someone interested in working with material handling in the construction industry. You are meticulous, quality-conscious, and reliable. You are responsible and enjoy working with others. Since the job involves some tasks requiring physical effort, it is important that you are in good physical shape. The work takes place in the evenings (usually 15:00–21:00/22:00), so previous experience with evening shifts is a plus. A background in the construction industry is also advantageous. We also value flexibility, as you may be required to report for shifts with short notice. Furthermore, we expect you to communicate well in Swedish.
