We are now looking for you who have a few years of experience and want to take the next step as a Site Supervisor (Mark) with us. Your role with us As a Site Supervisor, you will have a varied and developmental role where you help drive our projects forward – from planning to completion. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and receive support for your development while taking own responsibility and growing in your role. Examples of responsibilities:

• Plan and follow up on production at the construction site
• Participate in purchasing, costing, and scheduling
• Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Contribute to ensuring quality, working environment, and sustainability in the project

We are looking for you who:

• Have an education in construction and civil engineering or relevant work experience.
• Are curious, structured, and enjoy collaboration
• Want to develop in a role where you combine technology, leadership, and problem-solving
• Have good communication skills and thrive in a dynamic environment

Organizationally, you will belong to a project manager group consisting of professional staff, site supervisors, and site managers. Placement is made after agreement, but the operations are located throughout Halland. Application Process The last date for applications is July 31st.
