Demolition Workers Wanted for Projects in Malmö (Staffing)

Do you want to work in a profession where safety, responsibility, and pace are crucial?

We are now looking for experienced demolition workers for assignments with our client within demolition and core drilling in Malmö.

About the role

You will work with demolition in various projects, including:

• Demolition of suspended ceilings with support structures
• Demolition of plasterboard and brick walls
• Work in projects where both precision and safety are crucial

👉 This is not an entry-level job – you are expected to work independently and understand risks in structures.

Important aspects of the role

• You must be able to work independently without constant supervision
• You need to be able to assess what is behind walls (electricity, water, excavations, etc.)
• The work is carried out both in teams and independently

👉 This is a service role – you represent the employer at the client's site.

Workplace

• Malmö (project-based)
• You travel from home to the workplace
• Working hours: 07:00–16:00

Requirements

• Experience in demolition work (required)
• Category B driver's license (required)
• Swedish spoken language (or very good English)
• Ability to work independently
• Physical fitness

Mandatory training

• ID06
• Safe Construction
• Asbestos (basic course / Job Safe)
• National ID or passport

Conditions

• Staffing via the employer
• Assignment approx. 6–8 weeks (can be extended)
• Daytime work, overtime is rare.
• Salary according to collective agreement (Byggnads)
• Market-competitive hourly wage
