We are currently looking for an ambitious and engaged craftsman, preferably with a specialization in plumbing (HVAC/plumbing), for primary maintenance and repairs. We prefer candidates with prior experience in general property maintenance, craftsmanship, carpentry, and repairs.

Additional qualifications such as relevant education are meritorious. You should have a good knowledge of various tools and how to apply them effectively.

As a person, you are meticulous, reliable, and have an eye for detail. You are self-motivated and not afraid to take initiative.

For the right candidate, there are excellent development opportunities within our company, which could eventually lead to overall responsibility for all our units regarding caretaking and craftsmanship. For the sake of our guests, we prefer that you are smoke- and snus-free.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and employment will begin immediately. The position is part-time/full-time, approximately 30–40 hours per week.
