Construction Manager for A-hus, part of the Derome Group

We are now looking for a Construction Manager to join our team. Do you want to help our customers realize their home dreams?

As a Construction Manager, your main task will be to, on behalf of A-hus and as the customer's representative, procure and manage our contracts from start to finished house. You will be the vital link between our home-buying customers and the contractors. On behalf of the customer, you will participate in reviewing the prerequisites for contract execution and assist with assembly and contract-related issues. In short – you drive projects forward, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure that we deliver according to agreement, schedule, and quality.

The position is based in the region we within A-hus call "Region South" and involves travel to and from construction sites and the office in Ängelholm. Since a part of the regular workday is spent in the car, a driver's license is required.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Drive dialogue with customers and stakeholders and create clear feedback.
• Procure and manage subcontractors.
• Plan, lead construction meetings, and coordinate project stakeholders.
• Monitor economics and handle changes/variations (ÄTA).
• Ensure inspections, remedial actions, and handling of complaints.
• Keep project information updated in the system.
• Contribute to developing working methods and collaborations.

We are looking for someone who has:

You have likely worked as a site manager, foreman, contracting engineer, or project manager in the construction industry. You have a driver's license and are willing to drive as part of the role. We are looking for a future colleague who has an existing network in the Ängelholm/Helsingborg area, as we believe in business built on relationships.

You thrive in an outward-facing position where collaboration, initiative, quality awareness, and prioritization are key words. We take your goal-oriented and energetic nature for granted. You have an economic mindset and good knowledge of MS Office.
