We are currently recruiting a construction-interested and structured individual to an established construction company in southern Scania.

This role is for you if you thrive in organized environments, are computer literate, and want to be a key part of construction projects without necessarily being out on the production site every day. You may currently work in construction, have experience from building trade, technical sales, administration, or production, and wish to take the next step in your career. What matters most to us is not your current job title, but that you have an understanding of the construction industry, enjoy learning new things, and want to develop together with the company.

About the role

As a Construction Coordinator, you will become a central part of the operations, working closely with project management and company leadership. You will be responsible for creating structure and ensuring that the administrative aspects of the projects run smoothly.

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) administration and follow-up
• Handling of self-inspections
• Documentation and project administration
• Support in purchasing and supplier contacts
• Quantity surveying and calculation-related tasks
• Administrative support to the project organization

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience from the construction industry or related activities
• Is accustomed to working in digital systems and has good knowledge of the Office suite
• Is meticulous, structured, and responsible
• Has an easy time collaborating and communicating with different people
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious qualifications

• Experience with Wikells
• Experience with Bluebeam
• BAS-P/U training (Swedish construction safety certifications)
