Nefab Packaging Sweden AB has an annual turnover of approximately 700 MSEK and employs around 350 people. The company is responsible for the Swedish market and has its own production in Runemo, Skultuna, Staffanstorp, and Alingsås, as well as an office in Jönköping.

About the role
As a production team member, you are responsible for contributing to the production of the company's packaging solutions in accordance with established procedures and quality requirements.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with other functions within production.

The tasks include, among other things:

• Manufacturing, nailing, and assembly of wooden packaging products.
• Handling and monitoring of sawmills, as well as simpler adjustments of nail guns.
• Conducting quality controls
• Material handling and internal logistics
• Active participation in creating a safe and efficient working environment

Your profile
We place great importance on personal qualities. You are expected to be meticulous, work at a high pace, be responsible, and have the ability to work in a structured manner. Furthermore, you have good teamwork skills and contribute to a professional and positive work environment.

Education and language
To be considered for the position, the following requirements must be met:

• Valid forklift license
• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written, with good knowledge of English.

It is an advantage if you also have a crane license and experience from the wood industry or other production activities.

Employment terms

• Location: Staffanstorp
• Working hours: Daytime 7-16
• Employment type: As agreed, we apply a 6-month probation period.
• Collective agreement applies
