We are looking for a Project Engineer for Trafikverket (Swedish Transport Administration).

This is a consultancy assignment. The location is Lund.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The role is "Project Engineer External Environment" (Projektingenjör Omvärld). You will be part of the program's organizational unit "External Environment" and support the project management with external and stakeholder issues. The role involves coordinating and communicating with the project's stakeholders, planning and conducting consultations, preparing presentation and meeting materials, and representing Trafikverket in contacts with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support project management with external and stakeholder issues.
• Responsible for coordination and dialogue with stakeholder groups, as well as updating the stakeholder map.
• Responsible for updating the external environment's activity and schedule plans.
• Assist the project manager regarding external matters with the planning and execution of the project's physical consultation meetings.
• Prepare and create target-group-adapted presentations and book meetings with key stakeholders such as municipalities, Region Skåne, etc.
• Prepare meetings, create meeting materials, presentations, and other documents adapted to different target groups.
• Take minutes at internal and external meetings.
• Represent Trafikverket via phone and email from individuals who wish to contact our projects.
• Participate in and lead meetings with the project's stakeholders in the long term.

Requirements (Mandatory)

• University education in urban planning, minimum 180 ECTS (120 ECTS), or other education/experience assessed by the client as equivalent.
• At least two (2) years of work experience in a coordinating role within a relevant area during the last five (5) years. Relevant areas include, for example, communication, project management, or investigation management.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good skills in the Office package.

Merits

• Experience from work involving contact with several different stakeholder groups relevant to the assignment. The consultant should have experience in translating complex contexts into target-group-adapted information.
• Experience working in the public sector within a field relevant to the assignment.
