Adecco is now looking for a business-driven Account Manager focused on creating new customer relationships and developing business in the local market. About the role
As an Account Manager, you work with sales with a clear focus on identifying and processing new corporate customers in your local market. You build relationships with decision-makers and sell our staffing and recruitment services. You also develop existing customers where there is potential for growth.
You drive your own customer portfolio and are responsible for the entire sales process – from prospecting to signed contract. Together with colleagues in recruitment and consulting, you ensure delivery in the business.
You get the opportunity to influence working methods and contribute to how we develop our sales forward.
Your responsibilities include:
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and establish new customer collaborations
- Develop relationships with existing customers
- Ensure satisfied customers and long-term relationships
- Offer consulting and recruitment solutions based on customer needs
- Negotiate contracts and ensure profitability in deliveries
- Work closely with our consulting managers and recruitment consultants to deliver high-quality services
- Contribute to developing our sales strategy and business process
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have:
- A few years of experience in B2B sales within the recruitment and staffing industry, or alternatively from a related service industry
- Experience in prospecting and new customer processing with good results
- Habit of processing customers and decision-makers in leading positions
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
As a person, you are result-oriented and have an easy time building trust. You are motivated by creating new business opportunities and developing customer relationships over time. Furthermore, you work in a structured manner, have a high activity level, and drive your work forward independently.
The position is full-time with placement at Adecco's office in central Gothenburg. You report to the Area Branch Manager. Start date according to agreement.
