Job Description

In the role of a sales representative at Connective Sales, you will work with active telephone sales. You will contact new and existing customers, identify their needs, and present solutions tailored to the customer.

You will work towards set goals and have individual responsibility for your results, while being part of a team where collaboration and follow-up are important parts of everyday life.

Sales experience is meritorious but not a requirement – we offer introduction, training, and continuous coaching.

We are looking for someone who

• Is goal-oriented and motivated by performance
• Has good communication skills and thrives in social settings
• Is comfortable using the phone as a work tool
• Has basic computer literacy
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish

We offer

• Employment: Full-time with a 6-month probation period, followed by a permanent position.
