About the Position

To our store in Leksand, we need to strengthen our team with a service-oriented and relationship-building salesperson who is passionate about customer interactions. This role also includes responsibilities as Deputy Store Manager, so if you have a desire to develop as a leader and an interest in administration, you may be the right person for this position. Responsibilities

• Actively work with sales and advice regarding our wide range of products in Pets & Garden, Farming/Forestry, and Home & Living.
• Registering sales at the checkout and unloading goods.
• Planning and following up on customer activities, product display, and restocking.
• Heavy lifting is part of the job.

Deputy Store Manager Responsibilities

• Administrative support.
• Scheduling.
• Ensuring daily operations run smoothly when the Store Manager is not present.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have sales experience from retail, as well as knowledge and interest in our product range. Having a forklift license is an advantage.

In the role of Deputy Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager with administrative tasks and step in for the Store Manager when needed. Therefore, we appreciate that you enjoy administrative work and have an ambition to develop as a leader.

Personal qualities such as high service awareness, drive, good teamwork skills, orderliness, and a genuine interest in our customers are qualities we value highly.

The Position and Application

Start Date: September 1st or by agreement

The Position: Permanent position, 75%. We always apply a probationary period. The position also involves working evenings and weekends.
