Your Role
We are seeking a visionary Head of Electrical & Electronic Architecture and Integration who thrives at the intersection of people development and technical delivery.
Your Mission
As Head of Electrical & Electronic Architecture and Integration, you will lead a team of highly skilled engineers and specialists, ensuring that we deliver on our commitments while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous growth. You will be responsible for:
Driving delivery excellence by ensuring your team meets project milestones, quality standards, and technical goals—working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. This reflects our commitment to Passion, Pride & Performance, where we take ownership and go the extra mile.
You’ll empower people by creating an environment where individuals feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow. Through coaching and mentoring, you’ll align personal aspirations with business needs—fostering a strong Safety Culture and building Respect & Trust within your team.
Your role will also involve balancing priorities, navigating the dynamic landscape of autonomous technology by managing short-term delivery pressures while building long-term capabilities. This requires a mindset of Collaboration, where we challenge each other constructively and own the whole solution.
You’ll play a strategic role in shaping the direction of our autonomous solutions, contributing to both technical roadmaps and organizational development. Your openness to feedback and trust in your team’s competence will help us evolve together.
You’ll take full ownership of the entire people lifecycle for your team, including:
- Recruitment and onboarding of new talent to build a strong, diverse team
- Performance reviews and feedback to support continuous growth and accountability
- Salary settings and reviews to ensure fair and motivating compensation
- Team engagement and motivation to foster a positive and high-performing culture
- Competence development and career growth to help individuals reach their full potential
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and developing the electrical and electronic architecture that powers our autonomous vehicles. You will play a key part in integrating advanced onboard driving and safety systems, ensuring everything works seamlessly together.
You’ll lead the development and verification of electrical and electronic components, including wire harness design, driving innovation and quality across the entire system. With a strong sense of ownership, you will define and deliver the technical roadmap for your area—pushing for best-in-class performance, reliability, and efficiency.
Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across technology, product, solutions, and customer delivery teams to ensure smooth integration and alignment throughout the development process. At the same time, you’ll help foster a truly cross-functional way of working, where engineers and developers share responsibility, learn from each other, and create rapid feedback loops.
We’re looking for someone who brings a positive, solution-oriented mindset—someone who focuses on making things work rather than finding reasons they can’t.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams (verification engineers, software and hardware developers) building and delivering subsystems for safety-relevant products.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching and guiding teams of developers and testers to build high-quality, safety-critical solutions in high-paced environments.
- Strong background in applying relevant functional and operational safety standards during development, while embracing Simulation First principles to ensure fast deliveries at high quality.
- Experience in leading production program delivery, with a focus on scaling, hardware quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment and consensus across diverse teams.
Who You Are
You are a purpose-driven leader who is equally passionate about technology and people. You understand that lasting success is built on strong, engaged teams and clear collaboration that delivers real value.
You bring solid experience leading engineering teams in complex, fast-paced environments, and you have a proven ability to deliver high-impact projects—whether in serial production or customer-focused initiatives—while fostering team growth and engagement.
With strong communication and stakeholder management skills, you build trust across the organization and keep everyone aligned toward common goals. Backed by a robust technical foundation in autonomous systems and future mobility, you confidently navigate both strategic and hands-on challenges, making a meaningful impact every step of the way.
