We are now looking for you who want to sit in a central role where people, transport, and problem-solving are in focus. Your task will be to keep the flow running and act on deviations that may occur during the workday at the company's dispatch. The role requires you to be flexible regarding summer holidays, as permanent staff have their holiday planning in place and you are expected to cover for them.
About the role
We are now looking for an engaged consultant for the role of Weighing Administrator with our partner in Gothenburg. Here you will become an important piece in the work of weighing transports, registering materials, and ensuring that the correct data ends up in the systems.
Your job also involves a lot of service and structure, and you should thrive in an environment where a lot is happening. This can range from freight documents or loading instructions to creating basis for invoices or checking prices against contracts. You will meet suppliers and customers daily at the company's dispatch, combining administrative tasks with service and customer contact. It is therefore important that you enjoy interacting with people and can adapt to the recipient.
In summary, your work will include:
- Welcome transports, weigh vehicles in/out, and register materials.
- Administer weighing remotely and locally.
- Handle deviations.
- Create waybills, receipts, and administer driving orders.
- Handle questions via phone and email.
- Ensure a smooth and correct flow of transports to/from the facility.
- Contribute with service, structure, and attention to detail.
- Daily contact and collaboration with colleagues in other departments regarding incoming cases.

We are looking for you who like structure, enjoy contact with people, and gain energy from helping others. You are careful, communicative, and take initiative when something needs to be solved. In this role, we see that the right attitude and drive are crucial for success. Therefore, we will place great emphasis on personal suitability for the assignment.
- Have worked for at least two years in an administrative role (preferably within logistics or transport).
- Have good computer skills and experience working in a case management system.
- Have a meticulous side (you like it when numbers and paper match).
- Fluently speak and write Swedish and English.
- Thrive in a role where a lot is happening and where the team spirit is strong.
- Are unpretentious and do not mind that the focus of work may shift during the day.
- Can work on-site every day starting at 07:00.

About the employment
This is a consulting assignment starting immediately with a maximum notice period of 1 month. You will be employed by OIO and work for our customer in Gothenburg. The need is initially for 6 months with a chance of extension, provided both parties enjoy the collaboration.
Location: Gothenburg
Working hours: 07:00–16:00 - expected to work on-site daily
Start: Immediately
