Sales Associate for our Moomin Arabia store in Gothenburg

This is a fixed-term position of 22.5 hours per week, starting August 1, 2026, and ending August 1, 2027, with a possibility of extension.

We are looking for you who love sales and personal service. As a sales associate with us, your primary responsibility is to ensure that every customer feels welcome and receives the best possible service. You understand your customers' needs and provide personalized recommendations to create memorable shopping experiences. Your expertise in the brand and products will enable you to effectively communicate the quality and unique stories behind each product. At the same time, you contribute to the visual appeal of the store and sales optimization.

Main Responsibilities

• Personal sales and customer service
• Register operations
• Stock replenishment and merchandise replenishment
• Daily store maintenance
• Participation in and follow-up of the store's key performance indicators
• Act as a good corporate ambassador and uphold the brand's history

Education/Experience Requirements

• Experience in retail where a strong sense of service is of utmost importance.
• Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
