We are growing and looking for another colleague to join our earthworks and construction team! We are looking for someone who primarily wants to work in construction but sees the benefit of the role also including other tasks. We are a small, family-run company where everyone helps each other out.

The start date is by agreement. This is a full-time position starting with a probationary period, with working hours on weekdays from 07:00 to 16:00. Our office is located in Kävlinge, but we carry out jobs throughout Scania.

Job Description

The tasks vary depending on the season and the customers you work with, giving you the opportunity to develop in several areas.

Common tasks in the role of a construction worker include:

• Varied construction work such as piping, drainage, stone setting, etc.
• Contributing to maintaining high quality in projects.
• Ensuring all materials are available for the projects.
• Snow and ice control.
• Various tasks in our workshop hall.

Requirements for the Position

To apply for this position, we require that you:

• Have previous experience working as a construction worker.
• Hold a valid B-class driver's license.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Are responsible and have the ability to identify what needs to be done.

We also consider it an advantage if you:

• Hold the professional certificate "Work on the Road" (Arbete på väg).
• Hold a BE driver's license.
• Have previous experience driving implement carriers, park tractors, or lawn mowers.

We are a small family-run company with 22 employees. Currently, there are four of us working in the earthworks and construction department. We ensure that you receive a good introduction and support during your training with us. We work with new battery-powered machines and tools whenever possible to reduce environmental emissions and improve the working environment.
