Who are you?

You are a SoMe specialist who understands that social media is about more than just visibility. It’s about saying the right thing, to the right person, in a way that actually sticks. You combine creative flair with business acumen – and you know that content that doesn’t drive results, no matter how pretty it looks, won’t last.

You have experience working with social media in a professional context, preferably from an agency. You are just as comfortable building a strategy as you are standing behind the camera editing a reel. You are curious about new formats, keep an eye on trends, and enjoy when creativity meets data.

• Experience working with social media in a professional context, preferably from an agency
• Strong understanding of paid social and how content drives performance
• Ability and willingness to create content yourself – from idea to production and editing
• Good sense for photography, video, copy, pacing, and storytelling
• Proficiency in relevant tools for editing, publishing, and advertising
• Understanding of how social media connects to business goals and growth
• A structured work approach combined with creative flair
• Curiosity about new formats, trends, tools, and AI
• Valid driver’s license (Category B)

Extra points if you also:

• Have experience with SEM and Google Ads – and want to work cross-channel
• Have had customer responsibility or worked closely with clients previously

What you will do

Here, you will have broad end-to-end responsibility for our customers' presence in social media. You will work with everything from strategy and content planning to production, advertising, and analysis. You are the customer's natural contact for SoMe questions, and you work closely with other specialists in the team.

More concretely, this means that you:

• Are responsible for several customers' social channels, from strategy to publishing
• Develop SoMe strategies, content plans, and tactics
• Create and edit content yourself – primarily photo and video adapted for mobile
• Work hands-on with paid social, such as Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Test, analyze, optimize, and scale what works
• Follow up on results and draw insights that move the work forward
• Think in terms of audiences, behaviors, and communities – not just reach
• Contribute to developing our offering and working methods within SoMe
