Job Responsibilities

Standard duties as a district doctor at a health centre.

You will have scheduled appointments with booked patients, as well as handling acute patients, chat consultations, and digital visits. If you are motivated by supervising ST-doctors (doctors in specialty training), there are excellent opportunities for this. As a GP specialist at the health centre, your work will be shaped as much as possible according to your interests and experience. We value strong collaboration between professional groups and expect you to become an integral part of this work.

On-call duties/standby are included, approx. 1 month per year. Our duties also include care for residents in nursing homes, HSV (highly specialized veterinary/medical care - *note: in Swedish context often refers to specific patient groups or high-cost care, here likely refers to specialized care or specific patient categories depending on local terminology, but 'HSV' usually stands for 'Högkostnadsskydd' or similar in admin, however in medical context often 'Hälso- och sjukvård' specific units. Given the context of 'boenden', it likely refers to specialized care for elderly or specific patient groups. I will translate literally as 'HSV patients' or assume it refers to a specific unit. Qualifications

You are a specialist doctor in general medicine with permission to practice within the Swedish healthcare system.

Knowledge of the Cosmic software is desirable but not a requirement.

Fluent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

You have a good ability to listen, are meticulous, can work independently, and enjoy close collaboration with everyone in the team to provide the best possible care for patients.

Other Information

The position is full-time, but the extent can be adjusted by agreement.
