Job Description

SiS Youth Home Johannisberg consists of two units, one in Sävast and one in Kalix. Our target group in Sävast consists of school-age girls with psychosocial issues, criminality, and substance abuse. In most cases, you will determine whether young people need care within primary health care or if other health care contacts are necessary. In collaboration with ward staff and other professions at the institution, you will be involved in the implementation of investigations and substance abuse treatment. You will participate in the institution's student health and treatment work to contribute your health care expertise related to each young person. You are part of our school's student health work and part of the treatment team located at the unit.
