- How wonderful! We are currently looking for new colleagues for Kronans and Tunastrands care and housing facilities in Luleå - and we hope that it is you we are looking for.

Kronans care and housing facility is a larger facility with 144 patients distributed across 15 wards. Here, you are responsible for three wards and are part of a team with five other nurse colleagues in the building. Tunastrands care and housing facility is a smaller facility with 27 patients distributed across three wards. Here, you have independent responsibility as a nurse and work in close collaboration with a nurse colleague at a nearby facility.

Your role with us

As a nurse, you get stimulating and varied work where you have a large care responsibility. You work in teams with both different internal professional groups and external caregivers and have the opportunity to plan your workday yourself. The role also includes:

• Planning and implementation of care measures
• Documentation
• Delegation of tasks to care staff
• Medication management
• Training and guidance of staff and patients

Your working hours are primarily during the day according to schedule. Over a 12-week period, you work 4 evenings and 2 weekends.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest and commitment to working with elderly patients who have physical and cognitive impairments. Furthermore, you who apply should have:

• nursing license or ongoing education to become a nurse with graduation in the near future
• valid B-driver's license
• good digital competence and can handle phone, apps, computer, and programs without problems, as well as have the ability to quickly learn new digital systems and tools when needed

Previous experience as a nurse, experience from municipal care, or completed specialist education with a focus on district nurse or care of the elderly is meritorious.

As a person, you are structured and take responsibility for planning and prioritizing your work. You enjoy collaborating, build good relationships, and work towards common goals. You are also creative, keep your cool in challenges, and find new solutions when needed.
