Are you a nurse who enjoys teamwork, medical technical equipment, and varied tasks? Welcome to our Cardiac Intensive Care Unit! Here, you will work alongside competent colleagues dedicated to caring for our critically ill patients. This is a role where your expertise is valued not only within our unit but across other departments as well.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a registered nurse. We prefer candidates with a few years of nursing experience. Further education in cardiology, intensive care, or anesthesia is a merit.
We place great emphasis on personal qualities. You are flexible, stable, and possess strong collaborative skills, valuing the benefits of working with others. You also demonstrate personal maturity, adapting your behavior appropriately to different situations.
What You Will Be Working With
We care for patients with myocardial infarction, arrhythmias, heart failure, as well as myocarditis/pericarditis. The work involves a large part of acute management of patients with coronary artery disease, ischemia monitoring, and arrhythmia interpretation, as well as basic nursing care.
Here, you will have a varied role. You will have the opportunity to observe other hospital departments, as we are also responsible for emergency responses during alarms and ECG monitoring of patients in other wards. We have 4–6 beds, and our patients are housed in single rooms equipped with technical devices for advanced heart monitoring.
Since we care for critically ill patients, we require qualified staff around the clock. We collaborate closely with Ward 46, the PCI lab, and the cardiac day clinic.
