Who we are looking for
We are looking for you who have experience working with people within, for example, healthcare, social care, social work, leisure activities, community life, or similar. It is meritorious if you have education in healthcare, social work, wellness, pedagogy, or similar. We want you to have experience working within psychiatry or the disability sector, knowledge of a recovery-oriented approach, and experience in leading groups or activities.
Personal suitability is of great importance. We would like you to be service-oriented, proactive, flexible, clear, and to have a holistic view of your work. You have good collaboration skills, see the benefit of cooperating with others, and can view the operations from a holistic perspective.
What you will work with
You plan, organize, and carry out both individual and group-based activities for patients. Through an engaging and motivating approach, you stimulate participation, involvement, and social interaction. You collaborate closely with the rest of the care team to design activities based on patients' needs and goals, and actively contribute to the development of interventions that promote health, recovery, and well-being. The work includes arranging, for example, walks, wellness and creative activities, games, cultural elements, and other social activities.

Information about the position
The position is fixed-term from 2026-08-01 to 2026-12-31 (daytime employment). Start date: 2026-08-01. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
The position is within psychiatry. Based on the nature of the operations and safety requirements, you as an applicant must be prepared to provide an extract from your criminal record.
