• You drive the systems engineering work throughout the entire development process.
• You analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements.
• You design system architecture and technical solutions.
• You conduct technical analyses and design work.
• You ensure traceability between requirements, design, and verification.
• You support integration, testing, and technical decision-making.
• You collaborate with various technical areas and stakeholders to create robust and well-integrated solutions.
• You contribute to technology and environmental monitoring in relevant areas.

• Several years of experience in systems engineering in complex technical environments.
• Experience with requirements management, system architecture, and technical design.
• Good understanding of systems development processes and the systems lifecycle.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and drive technical issues.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple technical disciplines.
• Relevant technical education or equivalent experience.

• Experience with communication, network, or control systems.
• Experience with telecom, radio, or RF-related solutions.
• Experience with systems integration and verification.
• Experience with interoperability and standardized system environments.
• Experience from the defense industry or other mission-critical systems.
• Experience with security-cleared projects and environments.
