• You are responsible for and develop one or more technical areas within command, communication, and information systems.
• You identify technical possibilities, development needs, and areas where new solutions can create value.
• You develop requirements, guidelines, and basis for subsystems and technical solutions.
• You lead and drive technical development initiatives from analysis to implementation.
• You contribute to environmental and technology monitoring to strengthen long-term decision-making.
• You support systems work, design, and architecture from the perspective of your technical area.
• You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in both development and operations.

• You have experience in technical management, system development, or systems engineering in complex environments.
• You have the ability to work both strategically and operationally with technical issues.
• You have experience in requirements engineering, development management, or technical architecture.
• You are accustomed to collaborating in cross-functional teams and driving issues forward in a structured manner.
• You work independently and can translate needs into clear technical initiatives and decisions.

• Experience with communication systems, radio, networks, 5G/6G, or satellite communication.
• Experience with command support and information systems, e.g., C4I/C2.
• Experience with sensor and effect systems.
• Experience with military hardware and platform integration.
• Knowledge in AI/ML or UAVs.
• Experience with tactical communication solutions and interoperability.
• Experience from the defense sector or military operations.
