RESPONSIBILITIES

The special educator's overarching responsibility is to plan and implement targeted special pedagogical interventions to support students' knowledge development at Skansen School's lower primary stage, but may also involve other grade levels if necessary. The work often focuses specifically on removing barriers to learning in basic skills such as reading, writing, and mathematics, but can cover all subjects where the student experiences difficulties.

Tasks included:

• Assessments and investigations (individual and for classes/groups)
• Special pedagogical interventions (individual and in classes/groups)
• Implementation of action programs
• Follow-up and evaluation
• Collaboration and supervision
• Communication with students and guardians

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a certified special educator. You possess good didactic/methodological special competence, as well as relational/communicative and analytical/reflective competence.

Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Permanent position.
