Your Role

As a Composite Operator at Saab, you will work with the manufacturing of military products in composite materials. The role involves working in a shift team where the group rotates between different workstations in the production process. Common tasks include winding, sanding, and gluing. The position requires precision and attention to detail – every step demands accuracy and an eye for detail.

The position is located in Malmslätt, and the work schedule consists of two-shift, night-shift, or day-shift rotations.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have experience in practical work, preferably within workshops, industry, or other skilled trades. Previous experience with composite materials is a plus. As a person, you are meticulous, cooperative, and methodical. The ability to work with high precision and follow instructions is also a key part of the role.

To succeed in this position, we see that you have:

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills.
• Delicate and precise manual handling.

The position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance checks according to current regulations. For positions where Saab requires security classification, citizenship requirements may apply.
