About our open position

The Maternity Unit (BB) and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NEO) have merged and are now BB/NEO. We work entirely on the principle of not separating mothers and babies, regardless of who has the greatest care needs. Here, there are great opportunities to contribute to the development of our new unit.

We currently have a need for additional staff working with neonatal care for the small, sick patients on the unit.

At BB/NEO, you will receive a secure and safe introduction tailored to your needs and previous experience. We work according to a career development model adapted to your experience and competence.

About us

At BB/NEO, we care for our patients with the family at the center. Care can range from the care of the newly delivered woman and the newborn baby to intensive care for the sick newborn. We support the delivery process when the baby requires our specialist competence. Our goal is for parents to feel confident in caring for their child with our support before they go home.

Your profile

Since BB/NEO's operations are broad, we are looking for registered nurses, preferably with various specialist educations such as ICU nurse, pediatric nurse, or specialist training in neonatal care, alternatively midwives. It is an advantage if you have experience in mentoring and supporting the patient as well as their guardians, in addition to your formal competence. Since you work in a team, it is important that you have good collaboration skills, a welcoming attitude, and a flexible and non-hierarchical work approach. A service-oriented attitude and the ability to remain calm in pressured situations are very important to us. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
