We are looking for a Psychologist/Psychotherapist for our Youth Mental Health team at Medpro Clinic Noltorp

Medpro Clinic Noltorp is part of Medtanken Group, which includes 10 established Youth Mental Health teams. We have extensive knowledge and experience within our group in driving and developing primary care work.

Job Responsibilities

At our clinic, you will work with the mental health of children and adolescents from a primary care perspective, which means short-term interventions and self-help support. We value accessibility highly. The intensity of treatment is adapted to the patient's care needs. The goal is for the patient to increase their quality of life and function better in their daily life. UPH also has a collaboration mandate, so we collaborate broadly and consult with other organizations that encounter children, adolescents, and parents.

We work with assessments, provide advice and support, and offer interventions both physically and digitally. We offer a wide range of group interventions for parents, children, and young people in need of primary care services for mild mental health issues. We also offer individual therapies based on primary care-adapted Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

In addition to close collaboration with other professions at the health center, you will become part of our UPH network within the group, where we currently have approximately 60 employees in the field. We have regular networking activities that offer opportunities for collegial collaboration and support.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist or a licensed psychotherapist with a CBT focus. You have at least 1 year of previous experience in clinical work with children, adolescents, and parents.

You enjoy working both independently and in a team. You feel secure and comfortable in your professional role, are engaged, and contribute to a good work climate.

Personal suitability and the ability to fit into the team are of utmost importance.
