About the role We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer who wants to take broad responsibility for the operations, security, and further development of a complex technical platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hands-on work while also wanting to contribute strategically to technology choices and architecture. You will become a key person during a dynamic phase where there is ample opportunity to take ownership and influence outcomes. This is a great chance for you to have significant mandate to influence the technical direction of a company where technology is at the center.

Your future responsibilities You will work closely with the company's CTO. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Working with operations, monitoring, and improvement

• Managing container-based services in Kubernetes

• Contributing to the development and documentation of our workflows and processes

• Participating in the implementation of new technical solutions

• Working with security and contributing to meeting requirements such as ISO27001

We are looking for someone with

To succeed in this role, we believe you have a few years of experience in operations, technical breadth, and operational work, but are eager to take on more responsibility. We would like you to have:

• A relevant degree and some years of work experience after graduation, or equivalent professional experience deemed relevant

• Experience with Kubernetes, such as operating container-based services, cluster administration, and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure

• Knowledge of Linux or Windows

• Interest in IT security and operations

Additional qualifications include:

• Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code

You do not need to know everything from the start; your attitude and ability to learn play a major role. As a person, you are hands-on, able to see the big picture, and drive work forward. You are communicative, independent, and thrive in a role where you can act as a consultant, question the status quo, and think innovatively.
