About the assignment

A family in Boden with three children (6 months, 3, and 7 years old) is seeking help with childcare 1-2 times per month. The family prefers help between 17:00-23:00, but it could also be, for example, 13:00-16:00 on a holiday. The family primarily seeks help between Friday and Sunday, but weekday assistance may also occur. Merit: 25+.

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competence profiles and ages, so we open up for individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 127.38 - 159.48 SEK/hour incl. vacation pay.
