About the assignment

A family in Boden with 3 children (ages 3, 8, and 8) is seeking help with childcare. Primarily during weekends, starting no later than 17:00. The family desires a nanny with knowledge and experience regarding Neurodevelopmental Disorders (NPD/ADHD/Autism). Knowledge of the TAKK communication support method is a merit.

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competency profiles and ages, so we open up for individual salary setting for all who have a high school diploma. For all who are still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour incl. vacation pay.
