About the assignment

Babysitting is requested 1–2 afternoons per week, starting no later than 5:00 PM. The family is flexible regarding which days the help is needed, and times are adjusted in consultation with the nanny.

Since being a nanny is a side job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, such as studies or part-time work. To ensure a long-term relationship, we would like you to have a reasonable commute to the family (we usually consider around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competency profiles and ages, so we offer individual salary setting for everyone with a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour including vacation pay.

Upon employment as a nanny with us, we require a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record).
