ISS is one of the world's largest service companies, and we are soon celebrating 80 years in Sweden! With over 6,500 employees nationwide, from north to south, we deliver service that makes a difference. We offer our customers everything from cleaning to technical services, catering, and workplace services. We create workplaces where people thrive, businesses grow, and sustainability is a given – socially, environmentally, and commercially. Our employees are the heart of what we do – and are crucial for our customers to feel safe, seen – and for their workplaces to flourish.
ISS is looking for an engaged and positive cleaner who is passionate about service. Do you want to deliver world-class service? Then we think you should apply for our position as Cleaner at ISS during the summer of 2026!
About the role
As a Cleaner, you and your colleagues play a vital role in ensuring the overall experience in the client's premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You will primarily work with cleaning the client's premises, as well as other tasks that may arise, such as conference service, refilling water/coffee machines, and plant care.
The position is full-time, fixed-term employment for the summer of 2026. We may also be looking for part-time employees at a lower percentage.
What we offer
You will work closely with competent colleagues from whom you will benefit greatly, as we value helping and developing each other. ISS's size and broad range of services contribute to good development opportunities both nationally and globally. Our focus is on taking care of and developing our employees, because we believe that "People make places". ISS offers, among other things, training and development opportunities – all to ensure that you are engaged and grow with ISS in the long term.
We value diversity and inclusion highly. At ISS, all people are of equal value and have the same rights and opportunities. Our employees reflect the diversity of society, which is both a competitive advantage and an asset in our long-term sustainable work. Our inclusive corporate culture strengthens our employees, makes us more creative and productive, and creates a more attractive workplace.
ISS values, which are fundamental to how we work, are quality, responsibility, honesty, entrepreneurship, and community. Therefore, it is important that you feel that you stand for a way of working and an attitude that is in line with these.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you who are service-oriented, perceptive, responsible, and proactive. You thrive in the role of company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. This means you should have a high service level, a good overview of your cleaning area, and be able to come up with suggestions for improvements for the client. It is important that you are sensitive to the client's needs. You have an easy time building good relationships with both clients and employees. In addition, you have the ability to collaborate, as the work can be both individual and in a group.
We would appreciate it if you have experience from service occupations or industry experience. It is important that you master the Swedish language and are a Swedish citizen, which is a client requirement. A high school education is required.
Your application
We hope we have sparked your interest! We look forward to your application, by June 24, 2026. We have an ongoing recruitment process and wish to hire as soon as possible, taking into account any notice period. In your application, you attach a CV; we do not request cover letters. Due to GDPR, we cannot accept applications via email.
We recruit based on competence, which means the process includes tests, interviews, and references. Background checks and security clearances may be conducted if required by the client. If you have any questions about the process, contact Operations Manager Maria Olofsson at 070-104 49 50 or [email protected].
Warmly welcome with your application!
